01The Service
theGlitch is a platform that provides image processing. By using the service you agree to these terms.
02Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and API key. Keep your key private and do not share your account with others.
03Acceptable Use
Processing illegal, copyright-infringing or harmful content is prohibited. Abusing the service (excessive load, probing for vulnerabilities) may result in suspension of your account.
04Plans and Payment
The Free plan is free (500 operations per month). Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.
05Refunds
Cancelling a subscription does not issue a refund automatically. If you cancel at the end of the period, your plan remains active until the current period ends. If you cancel immediately, access ends right away and the amount already paid for the current period is not refunded automatically. Refund requests are reviewed individually: write to support@theglitch.app, and if the request is approved the refund is returned in full or in part to the payment method used.
06Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or entirely error-free operation, and are not liable for indirect damages.
07Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email.
