02Data We Collect

Account data: your email address and a secure hash of your password.

Usage data: your operation counts, API request logs (including IP address and browser/client information) and billing history.

Images you process are not stored on our servers — they are held in memory only for the duration of processing.

To create and manage your account, deliver the service, track usage limits, handle billing, and keep the service secure.

04Your Images Are Yours

Uploaded images are held in memory only for the duration of processing; they are not stored on our servers and are not kept in any image library.

AI operations are carried out through an infrastructure service provider located outside Türkiye, so your image is transferred abroad for the duration of the operation. Your image is used solely to perform the operation you requested, is never used for model training, and is deleted by that provider shortly after processing.

We do not use or share your images for any other purpose. See our Data Protection notice for details of this transfer.

05Cookies

We use only essential cookies for session management and your preferences (language, theme). We do not use marketing or tracking cookies.

For visitor statistics we use a cookieless analytics tool: it creates no cookie, localStorage or similar storage in your browser and does not track you across sites. It collects only the address of the page visited, the referring site, your browser language, screen resolution and the page title. It runs on public pages only, never on the account pages you reach after signing in.

06Contact Form

When you fill in the contact form we store your name, email address, company name if provided, the subject you selected and your message — so that we can reply to you. To prevent abuse of the form we also keep your IP address and browser information; those two fields are erased after 90 days. The message record itself is deleted after 12 months.

07Data Retention

Account and billing data are kept while your account is active and for any retention periods required by law. If you request deletion of your account and data, we complete your request within 30 days at the latest. Request and access logs may be retained beyond that period where security or legal obligations require it.

08Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. For requests: privacy@theglitch.app.
